The compensation system of Kibar Energy is based on employee competencies, the contribution of job performance to the company, the degree of job difficulty and the level of responsibility.
The HAY job assessment and grading system is used for specialist and above grades. The compensation policy is annually reviewed through a compensation survey.
The compensation system is based on 16 gross salaries per year, with 12 salaries and 4 bonus salaries. Employee compensation is reviewed annually.
Kibar Enerji offers benefits, including a bonus system, private health insurance, road assistance, food card and holiday allowance.
