  • The compensation system of Kibar Energy is based on employee competencies, the contribution of job performance to the company, the degree of job difficulty and the level of responsibility.
  • The HAY job assessment and grading system is used for specialist and above grades. The compensation policy is annually reviewed through a compensation survey.
  • The compensation system is based on 16 gross salaries per year, with 12 salaries and 4 bonus salaries. Employee compensation is reviewed annually.
  • Kibar Enerji offers benefits, including a bonus system, private health insurance, road assistance, food card and holiday allowance.
